Trustees Meeting Minutes

November 9, 2016

 

Those present:  Walter Lockhart, Ed Ed Mueller, Al Hildenbrand, Wayne Bailey, K. C. Bretzke, Becky Hanson

Minutes of the last meeting are approved as read.

1. C. financial report. Still on track. Carrie has developed a shortened finance report that will be sent out by email to the Trustees.  A draft budget is in the works that incorporates no real changes other than the adding of Apportionments.  Contract with Empty Bowls has been recommitted to for another year.  Simpson’s new start up Living Stone, Iglesia Piedra Viva, is set up for Walker to be the fiscal agent.  Walker is also doing some financial paperwork for Campus Ministries.

Becky is expecting a visit from Jin

Elevator has been inspected.

Ansul Fire Suppression System has been inspected.

HC Switch at alley is now not working at all.  Al is researching for make, model and instruction as its dissassembly is not obvious.

Walter has offered to research a surveillance camera system.  This is on the back burner.

Washer Dryer is in place and hooked up.  Needs a door seal and something that is worn out and also adding to a small leak.  Walter has sent out the manual for the machines.
