Minutes of the last meeting of the Trustees, Nov. 9, 2016, are approved as read.
The boiler water sensor failure was discussed
Jennifer’s concerns about the piano humidifier as well as the work Lu Tofte is doing with the cover were discussed.
Washer Dryer was serviced by an appliance technician. The door seal on the washer needs to be replaced. Other issues were dealt with. Walter and Ed Ed are going to pull the unit out to determine what other parts are required before ordering the door gasket.

Janet Skidmore suggests extending “D” Entry Sidewalk straight to the curb. Bring the other bike rack to the East Doors and install
