Those present: Ed Ed Mueller, Al Hildenbrand, Kent Ecklund, Willow & Birch.
Minutes of the Oct. 11, 2017, meeting were read and approved.
Kent Ecklund inquired about B&G plans for snow shoveling this coming winter. Ed Ed is envisioning a cart with a deep pan to catch melt, with a ramp to get a snow blower over the lip, thus permitting using the elevator to store the blower in the basement.
Piano appraisal update: Piano is holding up “as good as I’ve ever seen it,” says Kent.
Cabinetry install in Conference Room , no news.
Jennifer & Ed Ed to get together to go over building use policy, no news, it is in process.

The elevator basement call modification contract came in under $1,000. It was signed and sent in. Thyssen Krupp will notify what there schedule will be.
HVAC filter physical dimensions, make and model specs to be recorded by Jennifer.
16th Ave S electric door operation discussed.
Willow and Ed Ed discussed the future of the grounds and the ideas of permaculture.
