Trustees Meeting Minutes
November 11, 2015
Those present: Walter Lockhart, Al Hildenbrand, Becky Hanson, Jennifer Gahnstrom, Wayne Bailey, Trenk Ebbighausen, Ed Ed Meuller
Minutes of the last meeting were corrected and approved.
Walter presented progress by Henley Audio LLC installing the sound system. A slight increase will be added to have Andrew Henley also integrate the assisted hearing system.
Walter is looking for a better gas griddle that is dedicated and can make use of the additional gas line that is stubbed out.
Walter reports that a couple faucets need drip management.
Jennifer reviewed the details of The Story’s second assembly and their rental schedule plans come the first of the year. Jennifer had the Ansul system inspected, had the fire extinguishers serviced, had the fire sprinkler system serviced. At Jennifer’s behest the Trustees considered the verbiage for the Fairview parking lot.
Elevator bill was revisited. Thyssen Krupp has started an investigation. Finance sent in the full payment just prior to anyone contacting us in response to our Letter of Inquiry about the July 29th bill.
The sound system piping from the Sanctuary A/V desk to the Green Room was discussed. Gilbert Mechanical’s electricians did not install the pipes called out on the prints from their formal “As Built” end-of-job submission to us.
