Trustees Meeting Minutes
June 10, 2015
Those present: Ed Ed Mueller, Al Hildenbrand, Wayne Bailey, Trenk Ebbighausen, Walter Lockhart, Harlan Seelhoff, K.C. Bretzke, Jim Stark, Walter Lockhart, Becky Hanson
Minutes of the last meeting were corrected and approved.
Jennifer emailed PDFs the finances. Walter reported Jennifer is still having trouble with the Alley doorbell.
Wayne and Walter reported about the new storage for Ace and Story. They have moved in and been given a storage room in the basement in the area opposite the elevator doors.
Audio cable has been sourced and altered to Category 5e or Category 6 digital wire to tie the Allen Heath mixing board to the Green Room equipment. The additional equipment to go digital vs. analog cable hookup actually
Kent, as of today, has signed to Duncan Connel as realtor. (Nick Connel’s half brother).
KC moved that the Trustees be watchful for the property to go on to the market, ask Dianne O to be the realtor and Al to be the Trustees representative for the real estate transaction. Wayne seconded. Unanimous.
