Building Use Task Force Minutes

Present: Mary Parker, Steve Sandberg, Ed Ed Mueller, Adel Gardner, Fred Glazer, Jennifer Gahnstrom
Adel Gardner facilitated the meeting.
The All Church Meeting Minutes of October 14 & October 29, 2014 were reviewed.
From the suggestions made at those meetings regarding building use we decided to focus on the following possible building uses at our next meeting:
Adult day care
Artists and artist groups–including those that might be funded by grants from the State Arts Board and groups like Converging Visions.
Classes including health & wellness and cooking
Shared office space–use of the dining hall for “co-offices”, “co-share”
Alternative health & wellness services
Performance space including music, theater and recording
Kitchen use including cooking classes and catering
It was noted that we should be aware of the needs of our neighborhood. And that a survey could be done.
Adel and Margo will meet with Converging Visions.
