The Initiates have been meeting continually since 1988. Frequency and location of meetings and members attending have changed much in that time. Despite the name, there is no initiation involved. The only coherent fact about this group is that each participant “names a path” to describe their own spiritual journey, and can ask for help from other participants in exploring or adhering to that path.
